Your personal information is not stored by myself, its sole purpose is for filling your order. Your email will not be added to any list unless you sign up for my email list yourself.

Shipping And Returns

Every order is made, packed and shipped by myself. I take care to inspect each item before shipping to insure that it is exactly what was ordered and that the quality is up to my standards . If you have a problems with your order or need any help, please contact me so that I can do my best to make things right.

Shipping Policy

  • Each item has processing times listed on the listing page. Items are handmade to order.
  • Processing time is the time it takes me to make the order and bring it to the post office, there is then a delivery time added to that. I try to process the orders as quick as possible. If you need an item for a certain date please send me a message I will try my best to accommodate you.
  • Shipping speed is determined by USPS. Unfortunately, I do not have control once the item is shipped. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Priority mail is available on all items. If you need an item in a hurry this upgrade would be your best choice.

 Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved by me before they are sent back, please contact me within 48 hours of the package being delivered if there is a problem with your order.
  • All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of me agreeing to the return.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.
  • Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.
  • If an item shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.
  • Please feel free to contact me BEFORE PURCHASING if you have any questions about returns!
  • I don't accept any returns on custom or personalized items.
